Members who are active in the
Chamber can build
strong business networks for sales, support, and a connection to our community.
Our Membership Program identifies our members’ needs and develops programs and services to meet them.
Objectives:

Build business networks and enhance the exposure of members to the local market area.

Sustain and develop organizational resources to support the Chamber program initiatives.

Develop individual member effectiveness in business and community roles.
Highlight of
Recent Accomplishments:

Generated 143,000 referrals to our members through our
online Directory in the past year. -
Created the
Member2Member
Value Program to offer cost savings and benefits exclusive to members. -
Published the Explore Northampton Guide, a member directory
distributed to 24,000 businesses and households. -
Provided our Members with affordable marketing opportunities
through the Explore Northampton Guide, our weekly e-newsletters, web site
advertising, and the Downtown Banner program. -
Formed the Northampton Area Young Professionals affiliate,
now in it's fourth year, which provides networking and leadership opportunities
for young professionals. -
Held 30 well-attended networking events. Nearly 4,000 people
attend Chamber membership events annually. |
