Downtown Parking

Once you arrive in Downtown Northampton, you’ll find the following parking options:

• In the John Gare Parking Garage, the first hour is FREE.  It is located at 85 Hampden Avenue.

• There is short term parking on both sides of Main Street and adjoining streets at $.50 per hour.

• Long term parking (up to 10 hours) can be found at the municipal parking lots on Strong Avenue, at the Maplewood Shops, the Round House lot, and the smaller lots located off Masonic Street, Armory Street, and Pleasant Street.
